NCACVA provides peer support and annual training opportunities to school certifying officials. These trainings provide updates from the NC State Approving Agency, VA Debt Management, NCSTRIVE and other professional agencies.

If any of your guests would prefer to call in, they can ask for the group by name, or they can provide the group code CVA to book.
The group will be paying a reduced $15 Resort Fee, however, on the confirmation letters, this may still show as a $30 charge. Due to how the IHG booking site operates, we cannot change the way this appears online. Internally, though, your guests will only be paying the reduced $15 Resort Fee.
The Deadline for the group rate is February 2, 2027.

Membership
The North Carolina Association of Coordinators for Veterans’ Affairs membership is $35 annually. Membership and conference fees are non-refundable and will be used to further our advocacy, outreach and the development of future programs and events.
Membership is for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
